Exchange Policy (for Customers within Pakistan):

To provide peace of mind and an easy shopping experience at home, we provide 3 (three) days exchange policy for you.

You have to let us know within 3 (three) days after the delivery to claim for the exchange, if:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The product received does not match the ordered size/items.
  • Please note, exchanges are only entertained if the product is un-used, original packing is intact, and all labels and tags are intact.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item (unless it is an error in order execution from our end).
  • Shipping cost are non-refundable and we are not liable to collect orders from your doorstep in any of the circumstances.
  • Articles purchased on sale (reduced price) or discount coupons cannot be exchanged.

International Customers:

We advise you to check the size charts and the descriptions before placing an order (as international orders cannot be exchanged or refunded). In case of any issues, kindly inform us immediately.

In case of any discrepancy in order execution, meaning, difference in size article from your order, kindly contact us through WhatsApp on +92-3456-409988 or E-mail at care@monash.com.pk for earliest resolution of your issue.

Return Policy:

We will not accept return or exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. We are not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing. We recommend hand wash all items in cold water and hand drying to prevent discoloration, print damage and shrinkage. For more details on our washing and caring instructions kindly refer to tags of your item.

Refund Policy:

Cash refunds are not offered, instead you will be issued a coupon of the same value (minus shipping costs), which you can use to make purchase later from our store.
